How can I fix muscle or joint pain?
Do I have to live with pain?
Understand what is causing it
Most muscle or joint pain comes from overuse, posture habits, movement dysfunction or minor injuries
Pain can also be caused by inflammation, restricted movement, poor circulation or muscle imbalances
A proper assessment helps identify the root cause instead of just treating symptoms

Step 1: Get a Professional Assessment

At Qinetic, a clinical rehab therapist or exercise specialist will assess your movement, mobility and muscle function.
We use tools such as range of motion tests, muscle palpation, movement screens and postural checks. Trigger point therapy helps us identify hidden areas of muscle dysfunction or restriction

Step 2: Start manual therapy if needed

Techniques such as soft tissue release, joint mobilisation and trigger point therapy can reduce restriction. Manual therapy helps restore range of motion and reduce muscle tension. We avoid high force or sudden thrust techniques. (No Cracking!)

An Exercise Physiologist is trained to:
-
Prescribe exercise for chronic or complex conditions
-
Understand how pain, injury, and movement interact
-
Identify muscular imbalances, compensation patterns, and joint restrictions
-
Use tools like trigger point therapy to assess neuromuscular dysfunction and guide corrective programming
Every plan is tailored. Every session is built around progression.
he goal is not to mask pain, but to change how your body functions under load.
