I have been having severe back and neck pain that has affected my physical well-being for years before meeting Kwan. Every two weeks, I would have this lower back pain that shoots all the way to my leg, hindering my walking. It was really bad and I could barely function normally, let alone exercise. Was really overweight too. Visits to a chiropractor helped at first but it didn’t solve my root issue which caused my pain to come back often. After meeting Kwan, I learnt all about muscle imbalances and sessions with him really helped my overall physical health so much. I learnt how to stretch on my own from him and also figure out roughly which muscles are tight that are  affecting my pain and it’s really effective. Eventually, I managed to start exercising again and Kwan also taught me about calorie deficit diet which was a healthy way to lose weight slowly over time. I lost about 12kg over a year and a half from dieting and exercising and am in a better state of physical health currently. Glad to be able to exercise again when I thought I couldn’t anymore before meeting Kwan. Grateful for his knowledge and expertise and his willingness to share. He is able to find the root issue of the main problem areas and tackle it. I always leave his sessions feeling so much better and lighter!
